My name is

Cory Beck

Founder of Legacy Consulting Group LLC

I’m a proud veteran who spent over nine years serving in the U.S. Navy, where I learned the importance of discipline, accountability, and key qualities that make a great leader.

Though I was uncertain of where my career may take me, I found it very rewarding at this stage to serve and help people through my duties in recruiting operations, program management, and human resources. I now welcome and embrace the challenge to continuously develop my personal and professional skills, which in turn has fueled a drive for positive impact and helped guide me through many chapters of my life.

After concluding my time in the Navy, I continued my career of recruiting, focusing on the architecture, engineering, and construction management industry.

I always knew I wanted to do more than just fill positions—I want to build meaningful and lasting relationships. I discovered a passion for connecting great companies with great talent while never losing sight of each person’s value. I now have the ability to enhance the recruiting industry experience by providing integral services to countless professionals around the world.

This led me to create Legacy Consulting Group in January 2024.

As a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), I’m proud to bring a different perspective to the recruiting market. My certifications and background allow me to strategically partner with those seeking to make a positive impact while meeting their project and personnel needs.

Building trust is a big part of who I am.

With clients, I want to understand the kind of people and culture they value, so I can find the right fit. With candidates, I’m honest, open, and transparent, doing my best to keep them informed in every step of the process. I want everyone I help to feel seen, heard, and respected. It’s not just about business metrics; it’s about caring for people and ensuring both sides thrive.

Beyond business, my faith, and family keep me very grounded. My wife and I believe in health, community, and serving others whether through our church, volunteering, or simply helping a neighbor. We choose to do business in a way that supports these values—because if it doesn’t uplift the people around us, it’s not worth pursuing.

I’m grateful for the journey and excited to see where it leads next.

Through Legacy Consulting Group, I hope to continue bridging gaps in the industry and making a real difference in people’s lives—one meaningful connection at a time.

WE’RE HERE TO GUIDE YOU FROM START TO SUCCESS - SO YOU CAN BUILD YOUR LEGACY.
